As St Patrick’s day is this month, I’ve decided March’s challenge is going to involve the colour GREEN!

Your challenge: Get crafty with the colour green

Because it’s a very open brief, you can go CRAZY BANANAS creating anything you like (as long as it’s green). Cut, sew, knit, hammer, saw or fold something with your own two hands and then share it with all of us! I’ll pick the most inspiring and green creation to win this month’s prizes which you will find below!

Here’s some inspiration to get you started: (click the links to check out the tutorials)

    LOVE your new look!

Here’s my project. It’s really, really simple because I’m on the road but I’m pleased with how it turned out.

    Hey Maddie

Here’s my very last minute green project, with some added context on how I have potentially traumatised my son with my lime green obsession!

Here is my green project- I think I was having St Patrick day envy knowing I had friends in the centre of Dublin for the day….and lets be honest I just like dressing up that poor child! Alyna @ Thriftygifty http://thriftygifty.blogspot.co.nz/2012/03/diy-st-patricks-day-headband.html

Great Project! Green is one of my favourite colours for freshening up older style furniture. I also love the flexibility it offers: great for boys and girls rooms. My ultimate shade for kids: Dulux Spearmint Leaves. Here’s a link to a fresh update on the barley twist headboard I got on trademe. Enjoy! Anna @ DIY Nursery http://www.diynursery.com/projects.htm

Exciting! I’ll have to think about this one.
Don’t usually do too much in green…
Thanks for the opportunity to get out of my comfort-zone! :)

Looking forward to seeing what wonderfulness everyone comes up with! :D
